I have been studying Oriental philosophy and practising Oriental and Eastern energy exercises and martial arts for over 30 years – specifically the arts of Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Taoist and Zen meditation.

I am a certified instructor for the authentic Shaolin Longevity Qigong form and Fitness Level 1 – under the instruction and guidance of Shifu Yan Lei – 34th generation Shaolin master and lead instructor for the Shaolin Temple UK.

I am a certified Mindfulness Practitioner and Trainer and a qualified Mental Health First Responder.

I also achieved black belt grade in Shotokan/Goju Ryu style karate.
